About
Hi, I'm Tanisha
I'm a psychologist with an MSc in Applied Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Exeter (UK), working with adolescents and adults through the challenges that life can bring.
My approach is warm and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel both understood and gently challenged. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you make sense of what you're experiencing, recognise patterns, and develop ways of responding that feel more intentional and sustainable.
My experience spans the UK and India. I completed a clinical placement within the UK's National Health Service (NHS) during my training, before moving back to India in 2022. Since then, I've worked across a range of mental health settings, with experiences that continue to shape the way I practice.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where you can feel comfortable enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to move at your own pace.
